Hello, so I have had inappropriate sinus tachycardia for about

Hello, so I have had inappropriate sinus tachycardia for about 8 years now and for the most part its managed. But on Sunday it was so bad urgent care sent me to the er where I had a cta done. On the cta they found an enlarged lymph node. My PCP sent me for an ultrasound which in turn showed three abnormal lymph nodes. One being 3.1cm x 1.4 x 1.3 with cortical thickness of up to 10mm. The other two are smaller but also with cortical thickness. Been having a lot of strange symptoms the past month.( stranger than I'm used to dealing with) appt with surgeon 5 days from now. What could be the cause? Doctor wants to know if its cancer or not. Is this a possibility? Both mom and dad have had cancer as well if that makes a difference. I'm tired of feeling sick all the time I just want to be myself again.

i have had IST(inappropriate sinus tachycardia) since october of 2009 and my cardiologist told me since had me on a bunch of beta blockers and calcium channel blockers, and HIS specialist told me if if i lost about 50 pounds it would seem to go away. I am down 60 since then. I gained all the weight after i fractured my back and a bunch of other stuff when i was thrown from a race horse, from all the pain meds i was on. the symptoms still have not gone away they seem to get worse.what should i do? I m not scheduled to see my doctor for another 2 months.

I am a 31 year old female. I have a history of inappropriate sinus tachycardia since I was in high school. I took Toprol XL 25 mg for quite a few years to control it and it worked 100%. I got off of the medication about 3 years ago so that my husband and I could have a baby. I had no problems at all and none through out my pregnancy. I had my baby 7 months ago in which I had to have a c-section. Then 6 weeks later I had to have my gallbladder removed due to painful gallstones. Within days after giving birth my heart started racing again so my doctor put me back on the Toprol. It was controlled for several months. I went to see a cardiologist so I could continue to get my medicine refilled. He did an EKG, ultrasound, stress test and I ve been wearing an event monitor for almost two weeks now. All tests have been normal. I m taking 25mg of Toprol XL again but it doesn t seem to have it under control 100% like it used to. My symptoms are worse in the morning, right after I get out of bed and while I m showering and getting ready for work. It feels like my hear is beating fast and hard. My heart rate is usually 100-120, sometimes reaching 130 or so. Sometimes I notice my heart beating faster after meals too. I m unsure why the Toprol has kept it completely under control until now. I have minor stomach issues after my gallbladder removal but nothing serious (occasional diarrhea, bloating after I eat, etc.). Could the c-section or the gallbladder removal surgeries be related to my fast heart rate? Could it be anxiety? Why would this happen mostly in the morning?

My daughter is 18 and has been suffering from IST for 2 years now. She has been on flurodine and they took her off that. Her heart rate sits at around 110-13- resting. Exercise shoots it up to 180. We see an adult cardiologist in a week, I want to know if she would be a candidate for ablation. She does have Hypothyroidism and has been gaining weight like crazy although her TSh is regulated with medicine.
