What Could Cause A 27-year-old To Miss Her Periods For 8 Months?

Hello, good evening, please I am 27 and I have not menstruated for the past 8 months. I did hormonal profile and it goes thus FSH - 5.43 mIU/ml LH- 9.70 mIUI/ml Estradiol - 72.70pg/ml Progesterone - 0.111ng/ml Prolactin -200.6 uIU/ml Please what does this result imply?

Hello,

The hormone levels seem to be normal. Missed periods can be PCOS or premature ovarian failure. Changes in weight, gain or lost, strenuous exercise, stress all of these factors can affect periods. You need to undergo ultrasound and few other tests to know the reason for missed periods.
