What Causes A Person To Bleed Profusely From A Wound?
Hello, My father is on a multitude of medications for various reasons. One of those medications makes him bleed A LOT. He is constantly bleeding. He won t even know what he did to make himself bleed. And once the wounds begin to heal, the scabbed over areas easily come off, making him bleed again. Is there anything he can do to help or prevent this side effect?

There are certain medicines that can be monitored through various blood tests and their dose can be modified.
It is difficult to comment without the names of the medication whether to stop or to modify the dose and for which purposes is he taking these medications and if stopping or dose modification will affect his disease or not.
