What Causes Delayed Periods?

Hello I'm a woman 30 years old Im over weight too I have bone pains I have high counts of white blood cells I have a rash like red dots for 10 years in my arms my back and my legs and sometimes I get hives too now Ican't sleep I have papilloma virus too and a oncologist make me a bone marrow test 2years ago and he said he didn't find anything wrong but my body make some bumps they come and go in my chin , my under arm my vagina lips and I always dealing with vaginitis too I had surgery for not having babies 3 years ago and everything went well but now what is worrying me is that I'm late 15 days and I don't feel any symptoms of having soon
