Hello, I think I have problems with my sleep. I normally go to sleep around 9-10pm and I wake up around 7-8am which I think is appropriate, however later on throughout the day I feel really sleepy and it normally goes around the same time, around 2pm and it really disturbs me during school and stuff, i’m not sure if this is normal or not but it’s really leaving me unfocused and constantly tired at random times and I thought I’d check to see if it’s just me

Hello Dr Samuel N. Grief. I hope you not in a state of continuous grief. (small pun). I do have a quick answer, and I work in mostly in biologics with APis improving patients with MS. So back to my question, I am very motivated, a real go getter, i exercise and and I m very active. problem is I cant stay asleep and I am up every 1 to 3 hours, with my mind racing. I take 1/2 tablet Ambien CR every other day with a glass of wine, that usually does the tick, but lately I am feeling some sort of respiratory distress usually at night when I lie down. Im thinking it allergies but feel this drug: ms be taking its toll on my heart. Cant find any literature and Seeing a pulmonologist is a few weeks out? Should i be concerned?
