I have social anxiety disorder and extreme fear of losing people to death. I get symptoms from time to time but I am not sure if it's because of the anxiety or if I am actually physically sick. And I am afraid to go to the doctor because I am afraid it'd be true and i'd be sick. Ringing in my ears, shaking, dizziness when I get up, and heart beats fast. Should I freak out!?
