Hello, I have had multiple basal cell carcinoma spots removed.

Hello, I have had multiple basal cell carcinoma spots removed. They have all healed fine, even the larger ones. I have one that was removed from my shoulder. It has been 2 months. Healed like normal, pink scar. I realized today it has blue/brown spots and hurts to touch. Should I be alarmed?

I had a nodule removed from my right forearm. Earlier diagnosed as a picker s node or something like that but after removal, there was a final diagnosis of basal cell carcinoma, nodular, with fibrosis. The dermatologist wants to do Mohs surgery on it now. However, I had a second opinion and this dermatologist suggest that this does not constitute or fulfill criteria for Mohs…however, it does need to be removed. Can I wait because I cannot afford Mohs?

14-yr-old with extensive med hx, including sagittal craniosynostosis and Nevoid Basal Cell Carcinoma Syndrome which has produced multiple lower mandible tumors, has recent MRI findings of bilateral ethmoid and maxillary sinus mucosal thickening, (most pronounced on right side), and trace bilateral mastoid air cell fluid signal noted. What does this mean and could it have anything to do with med hx noted above?
