I have had a weird type of pain in my left knee up that goes up to my thigh since last Thursday. The best way I can describe it is a swollen, uncomfortable sometimes stabbing and warm pain with muscle spasms. By Sunday it was hurting me so badly that I could barely walk on that leg and knee so I went to urgent care who referred me to go to the ER thinking it could be a blood clot because I've been on beyaz birth control for a few years. The ER did a few tests on me like a d-dimer blood test and a leg ultrasound but didn't find anything and sent me home without finding out what was wrong. It is now Wednesday and the pain has not really gotten any better. Help! :(
