Hello, I have discussed this with my family doctor and my naturopath..I am taking NO drugs but am on medical grade supplements and vitiams, I am using 10mg of melatonin under my tongue everynite, and have added bergamont recently too. I wake up EVERY nite between 1 and 3 am and toss and turn for hours....I read an article about thisWhen a person has yeast overgrowth, the first major organ invaded by yeast is the liver. After months to years of continuing invasion into deeper tissues, It causes the liver to malfunction, either through direct poisoning or through interruption of the liver’s normal processes. The result is excess levels of toxin in the bloodstream, especially evident between 1 and 3 am when it appears the liver goes through a natural nightly change. These toxins are generally irritating to the nervous system, causing irritability, anxiety and panic, depression, racing or hard-beating heart, and of course insomnia. This explains why the mind is filled with thoughts and won’t turn off in the middle of the night. Yeast overgrowth is not your friend. This is why a probiotic (Plexus Probio5) with the ingredient #chitosanase to kill the yeast overgrowth is so important for a good night’s sleep. I have been diagnosed with PTSD from family deaths that happened with 3 months. I need sleep, My body has now stopped growing y hair and nails as it used to,, not losing hair just very slow growth. have tried to lose weight and cannot seem to once I quit smoking 5 years ago I hurt my foot and sat for 5 months now no matter what I try I can't lose the weight. I am miserable. Suggestions? Thank you

I am currently suppose to be taking 2 10mg pills daily but honestly I feel it is of no help. I don t want it to seem as if I have mental issues so I feel kinda wiry about going into details with my Dr. about how I feel most of the time. I feel and am sure my family would agree that I spend a lot of time sleeping but Im afraid to tell my Dr. to up my dosage. What do I do?
