Hi. I just got my bloodwork back. My wbc and rbc are fine. My hemoglobin is in range. I have no symptoms such as joint pain or anything else. I ve lost some hair, but this stems from recent stress and very poor diet. I tested positive for ANA 1:160 with a homogenous and speckled mixed pattern. Should I be worried?

Hello. Can uterine fibroids cause a positive ANA test result? I have uterine fibroids and I also tested positive on an ANA panel with a 1:320 homogenous pattern. I don t have many symptoms of an autoimmune nature. Also, I have previously had Hepatitis C but I am now cured. Could previous Hep C infection cause a positive ANA result? I was cured for 3 months at the time I took the ANA test. Thank you.
