Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello I had a mri done on my cervical and thoracic spine, I have c5 and c6 dices/osteophyte with flatting of the cord suggesting spinal narrowing, then it goes on to say there is a vage t2 hyper intestine signal within the cord at this level wich could represent a element of mild Myelomalacia, then when you read on it says no abnormal enhancement of the cervical or thoracic spine. What does that mean if they found mild Myelomalacia but there is no abnormal enhancement. And can flatting of the cord cause the Myelomalacia?
