Hi,

The uvula will be bit bumpy at the tip. if it is reddish and swollen, it can cause difficulty in swallowing. You are doing great job by doing warm salt water gargles. Please take Paracetamol about three times a day to improve your symptoms. You can continue Recatine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
