Hello, I am 60 yrs. old. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about 18 yrs. ago. I was given metformin, with Lantus . My medical doctors were helping me to control my diabetes. About 4 months ago, trying to lower A1C, I was given Trulicity to try! It began coming down almost instantly. Occasionally experiencing very low sugar with shakes inside & out. I knew what I needed to do. Today I woke up feeling exhausted, my vision was poor, bad headache, felt like I was having an out of body experience. Sugar was 100, then down to 72. I was feeling very badly. Like I could fall asleep or pass out. It was terrible. I took sugar tabs until it slowly came back up to 92. WHAT WAS I EXPERIENCING??
