Hello,

You are suffering from sunburn and infected toe. You have noticed that your mole has changed color slightly. You are suggested to avoid exposure to direct sunlight. You can apply calamine lotion or a moisturizer on the affected skin. Take bath regularly to cool the skin, drink some extra water everyday. It will take some time but the tanning will go away.

You can also apply face packs once a day for better and faster effects. Since you have infected your toe, get it clinically examined at the ER, get it cleaned and antiseptic dressing done. Take a course of antibiotics, like Augmentin for better and faster healing. Do not touch , scratch or prick.

Get is cleaned and antiseptic dressing done every alternate day. You can take Acetaminophen or Combiflam, once stat when required. Give rest to the foot, do not keep walking around. Get your mole examined. You may have to get biopsy done, to detect if it is benign or malignant. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
