Hello Doctor! I Am Having A Problem Regarding My Penis

Hello Doctor! I am having a problem regarding my penis which I have seen recently developed some red dots like things and I took cefixime 400 at irregular intervals. The problem seemed subsided and then after 15 days after having sex again I see redness on my penis.Please advise the right medicine and dosage to be taken

It would have been best if you could have loaded a picture of the lesion
You see dermatology is a visual branch, in that the lesion needs to be seen so as to make the diagnosis.

If you could load a picture we could make the diagnosis more accurately.

There are 2 possibilities that I foresee.

1. an infection- may be you are getting it from your partner. You took cefixime and that seemed to help you. I would suggest the same therefore. However Doxycycline may be more appropriate.

2. microtrauma- the size of the lesions, if small, could also indicate microtrauma. no medicines need to be taken in this situation
