Hello Doctor, I am diagnosed with PCOS hemorrhagic corpus luteum cyst in Right Ovary about 3.0 X 1.6 X 2.2 Cm (with minimal adnexal free fluid, likely physiologic) I was suffering from irregular periods from very long time (from my first Menstrual cycle), when i have done my ultra sound test i came to know about PCOS. Is it in bad condition? or does it go away by its own? Using birth control pills can fix it? I will be planning for kids in next year until then using birth control pills is a good idea? Chances of getting pregnant low or high?

Can I Get Pregnant With PCOS?
Hi, PCOS is not that bad. Birth control pills can help. If severity is high ovarian stimulation is required to get pregnant. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Bhargav Nimavat, Infertility Specialist
