Hello- I am a 34 yr old male. 3 days ago I woke up with penile pain. It is mostly only when I have an erection on the top middle area of penis. No bruising, no bleeding, possibly a little swelling noted. No problems with urination-urine clear yellow and without odor. No event noted to have caused this concern. Any sexual activity exacerbates pain levels. Does not appear to be a "fractured" penis, but still I have concerns on exact diagnosis. Could I have rolled over on my own erection during sleep, causing a mild bend to cause stain on penis. What should be done for treatment, and approx healing time frame-thanks
