Heavy Period, Abnormal, Nausea. Iron Deficient. Related?

Hi I m 25yr/f I was a week late and now I have my period and its heavy ... Which sometimes I get so not too abnormal .. I have a slight fever 99.4 n feel like I m sleepy .. Earlier today I was getting something over the fridge and felt slightly exerted and a little nauseous out of no where only lasted for a minute, this was few hour before the fever ... Any idea ? Ps I m also iron deficient which may play a factor but I usually don t get a slight fever just weak if my iron low and I felt fine all day

hello,
There are several reasons of irregular heavy bleeding (stress,hormonal imbalance,fibroid etc). You also suffering from Iron deficiency anemia with fever (associated with some sort of infection).
Do a pelvic USG with blood test for Hb%/TC/DC/ESR to rule out underlying pathology and after that consult with your gynecologist & take suggestive measures.
Take Tab Pyrigesic 500mg TDS with hematinics like Syp/Cap DEXORANGE/RB TONE plus some antibiotics if needed.
Take healthy diet,avoid stress,maintain personal hygiene with nutrient supplements. Be well.
