Heavy gastric pain, frequent, continuous condition. Medical advise for pain management?

Hi my name is XXXXXX.. I am 27 years old...By profession I am an architect...I suffer from heavy gastric pain frequently and the pain stays for 4-5 days continuously..I have been consulting few local doctors but only got temporary relief...Please help me out from this problem of mine so that i can lead a pain free life ..

Thanks for writing your query.
Gastric pain is due to increased secretion of acid (HCl) in our stomach. This result in gastritis and gastric or dudenal ulcers.
Please take following precautions :-
1. Donot remain empty stomach for long
2. Avoid spicy and oily foods
3. Avoid smoking and alcohol
4. Avoid stress
5. Drink plenty of pure filtered water
Get yourself investigated by
> Endoscopy
> H.Pylori Test
> Ultrasound Upper Abdomen
You can take Ranitidine with Domperidone for relief in pain. Taking anatcid gel will be more beneficial.
Take medications only under medical supervision.
