Can you please help . towards the end of the day ,there is a sense of my breasts being very hot as though they have a 101 degree fever :(. Some information about my self .

I am unmarried and sexcually inactive . However, I work out and do rigorous cardio like running and Gym for almost ~6 to 7 hrs in a week .
I watch my diet and am extremely health concious becoz of my athletic nature.

Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your problem. The increase in your breast size can be explained due to the excessive exercise you are doing. This leads to increase in the chest wall muscles, which can be interpreted as increase in breast size. Exercise can also lead to hormonal imbalance, which can lead to the warm feeling over the breasts.
It is best that you get yourself evaluated by a breast surgeon and also check your hormonal levels, which can explain the problem.

Hoping for the best.
