OBGYN 's  Response
Hello
thank you for your query.
It is not normal to have a clear white clot or tissue while having a normal period.
Since you are having polycystic ovaries, sometimes, the endometrial gets heavily built up and then sheds off as a cast which might give such an appearance.
You could have had a miscarriage again without realizing there was a pregnancy.
it would have been wise to send the tissue that was expelled for a biopsy, you would have known for sure.
As you most probably would not have preserved the tissue, please consult your gynecologist, who would do an ultrasound and necessary blood work to confirm which was the case.
Take care.
