Heaviness In Chest, Burning Sensation In Heart. Family History Of Heart Attack. Suggestions?

Hi. For the last month or so I have been feeling heavy in the chest from time to time and sometimes feel like I need a deep breath (not all the time). Sometimes it feels like heartburn. Sort of started after my grandmother passed away whom I was close to and I haven't really had a good cry. Have a lot going on with three young children and a business. My mum had a heart attack at 36 and I am 34.

Hi, For the last one month, you had heavyness in the chest, deep breath some times, heart burn, your mother died of heart attack at 36.
one of the causes for heart attack is anxiety, and tension. If you don't think of it it is half the cure.
your problem appears to be the gastric irritation due to peptic ulcer, or irritant foods.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, one daily in empty stomach.
Avoid taking more of spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
thank you.
