Heartburn, Lack Of Energy Have Shivers And Anxiety. Have A Poor Diet. Taken Ranitidine, Omeprazole. Continue Antacid Medicines?

I had a problem riding my bicycle, I had a poor diet and I had not eaten for 20 hours and ride my bicycle all the time and a lot. My heart kind of "gave out" with a sudden weird beat which left me very weak, I ate and went home, next day I got on my bike and had an incident of heart burn, took two ranitidine (75 mg) and that did the trick, but from ) there on, (the following day). I visited the hospital instead of taking medicine, (the area of my heart was giving me trouble) they did not say much about the wiring they check the heart with and the x ray they took. The doctor prescribed lorazepan, I guess he gave me some of that in the "water" they gave me intravenously. I felt better and went home and bought 15 pill of lorazepan. my other doctor told me not to take those pills and take Omeprazole delayed, now I take that but I still have been taking more over the counter ranitidine, more than 150 mg a day. All this started about two weeks ago when I had the bike incident where my heart "popped". Since then, I don't feel myself, I feel week and can't function normally and stay home. I am an student living alone, I am 57. I used to bike a lot and did not took the warning when I began to feel less energy (eating poorly and biking a lot). today I took 75 mg of ranitidine, ate, later (after 4 hours) I took 20 MG of Omeprazole, and like an hour later I took 150MG of ranitidine. all these days I have been doing something like taking this much medicine and more. I am not feeling any better (energy wise). In the morning I may feel a little better without the shivers on my left side and the unstableness surrounding my upper left side of my body. but I don't seem to get any better. I feel there is something wrong with my stomach problems, but I feel my heart is not that strong, although the fact that the following day after the incident on the bike, I went to college on my bike, gives me hope my heart can "repair itself" it is damage. Does taking that much medicine might be that hard time. today I fell like passing out at the store, it was a humid and hot hour though and I took my bicycle to the store. I don't feel good at all but I felt worse lifting these 20 pound of rice I was gonna buy. please help. I don't have insurance and I am thinking about asking my sister to take me to the hospital but they might not do much, just checking my heart and might require a comprehensive analysis, Or maybe I just need the anxiety pill the doctor prescribed and the other doctor said dont take it. The antiacid medication seem to be doing some good but that might not be the only problem, I don't know.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you had some heart problem may be due to the heart disease, or anemia, anxiety, malnutrition, etc.
As your self expressing you are not taking good food, so there is possibility of malnutrition and anemia. As well i advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.

HIV AIDS Specialist Dr. S.Selvapriya's  Response
hi , it is obviously known that the omeprazole and ranitidine are not helping you effectively.
It will be better to take the already prescribed. tablet lorazepam for 2 weeks along with omeprazole.
Monitor for your well being meanwhile.
If you are not doing well the above medications , you may think about going for heart and other comprehensive analysis
