Heart Rate, BP Higher Than Normal. Baseline. Should I Be Worried?

My hr and bp typically run low but it has been running higher then my normal baselines. My bp usually runs in the 70-80/55-70 s and my hr rarely goes above 90 but the last couple days it s been gettin higher... last reading was 110/72 with hr of 116bpm.. I realize that they are all within the standard normal range but it is not within my normal range... should I be concerned?

Hi,
Do not get concerned. Your blood pressure is fine even taking account of your usual readings. Your heart rate is a little high but it is probably influenced by your worrying about your readings.
I hope this has reassured you.
Regards,
Dr K A Pottinger,
MBChB FRCA
