Psychiatrist Dr. Sushil Kumar Sompur's  Response
Jun 2013
Hi there ~

I understand you concerns and believe that you have anxiety attacks and a long standing anxiety disorder which needs to be addressed as soon as you can visit with a psychiatrist. I also think that a visit with a counselor in mental health or a psychotherapist will be helpful in talking out what is it that is causing your anxiety and the best way to deal with the anxiety or channel it in the right direction. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day!
