Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi well come to HCM.
Murmur is foreign sound produced in heart during heart cycle.Since the child is of only
two years they will eamine him and submit for echo cardiogram and ecg to look for
congenital heart lesion like atrial septal defect, ventricular sepatal defect, PDA etc
and if any thing found they will explain you the things for future course of action. Need
nit keep any apprehension because all this thing they are going to do are non invasive
and will be done from out side only. Take care. Thanks
