Heart Is Pumping Only 10. What Does It Mean ?

What happens if the doctor says your heart is only pumping 10 and you have fluid around your heart What are the treatment options and can you still live a normal life if your heart is only pumping 10 I am asking for a friend who is a 36 year old African American male.

dear please consult a cardiologist and get treated for this.It indicates that you have a heart problem and fluid around heart known as peri cardial effusion.there could be various reasons for this.Untreated can be fatal.bye and take care.
