Heart Hurts, Beats Harder, Headaches, Dizziness, Numbness. What Should I Do?

Hi my heart hurts from time totime im 24 years old, but i feelit beating harder like if it would pop out of my chest. I have always been a low pressure girl and i get headackes constantly and also feel dizzy. My right arm feels lile tight and mytoes and fingers feel numb sometimes like ants running through them. I dont know if i sjpuld have a heart exam or sm other medical test

This age is too late for congenital heart disease / too early for Coronary Artery Disease.
Whatever it is, it is simple to exclude heart problem - See your doctor > EKG / HOLTER (ambulatory monitoring) / ECHOcardiogram / if necessary, TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – all can be done in a short time to reassure and convince you...
