Heart failure with fluid buildup in legs, feet and stomach. Choking feeling. Could it be fluid from lungs ?

heart failure with fluid buildup in legs, feet and stomach. Chocking feeling. Could it be fluid from lungs? often throat burns. also have GERD and 2 x colon cancer an 1 x breast cancer . have stage 3 cardiomyapathy. heart poisoned by chemo . all 3 cancers were primary. One colon cancer was C3. My liver has not functioned properly for about 3 years. Sometimes my stool is yellow. Get so hungry feel like i am going to be sick. often cough up bile. last visit with heart dr. gave me warning of maybe heart failure returning. i am also insulin resistant. What advice?

Fluid in the lungs is from LEFT sided heart failure.
Fluid in feet, leg and stomach is from RIGHT sided heart failure. Liver contributes...
The most common cause of right sided failure is left sided failure
Dose adjustment and/or change of drug schedule may help
