Heart Blood Pressure Goes Down After 1hour Run. Is This Normal?
Heart blood pressure goes down after 1hour run is this normal? Iam 47 years old with high bp from 92/145 upto 109/178 depends on the time of day. Ater running for 1hour 10k I found that bp is always around 75/125 or near this do you know why and is it normal
Yes, I have found this same results with walking, 30 minutes every day will lower 10 points and 30 minutes twice every day will lower 20 points, so you don't have to run. All thes learned experts have given you various reasons for the results, personally I think it's due to inflating (stretching) the vascular system during exercise.
