Heart Beating Very Fast Frequently Causing Body To Shiver. What Is The Reason?

Hi,
I am a girl of 24 years. Sometimes I feel my heat beating very fast causing by body shiver lightly. It happens suddenly when I jump or bend. It happened first time when I was 12 years. I consulted a cardiologist that time and the doctor said nothing to worry about. He gave me some instructions to stop it by doing some exercises like coughing hardly, pressing the veins below ears. However what I do is lie down on floor by my heart pressing on the floor. That will stop it within seconds. I feel uncomfortable when it occurs. It is happening a bit frequently like once in a week nowadays. Is there any reason for that? Can you help me in this,

Thanks,
Rinku
