Heart Beating Fast, Frequent Urination, Chest Pain, Headache. How To Overcome This Problem?

Hi sir, I m Anjali. I m working as a teacher. My age 21. For the past three months,I was not in a normal condition that i can feel my heart beats are very fast which is unmanageable. I cant do anything work. Usually I have urination at regular intervals of time. But now I have frequent urination . I too have chest pain and sometimes severe head ache which in turn makes me to faint. I cant eat anything and i m not feeling hungry too. What will be my problem? How can I overcome this problem?

The overall picture looks like anxity, but still we need to rule out thyroid problem, arrythmia and daibetes mellitus. You should have your blood tested for thyroid and sugar. Also get ECG and echocardiogram, if everything is normal than there is nothing to worry if anything abnormal consult a physician.
