Headaches,fatigue,no Energy,stomach Ache.

I m feeling really tired, unmotivated, no energy, bad headache and have have had a tummy ache. I have exams soon and I just can t seem to remember anything and my revision concentration is so poor. I ve fallen out with two of my childhood best friends and I can t seem to stop crying. I feel lonely, miserable and helpless. Please, Whats wrong with me?

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern especially while it is affecting your daily life. I suggest you to visit your GP to make a detailed examination or to get proper medication to relief pain. I suppose that this symptoms you are mentioning are reflection of your psychological state, so they are psychosomatic. But there can also be a lot of other reasons. Until you visit your GP, try to relax as much as possible and use pain relief medication.
