Headaches, Neck Pain, Fever, Shaky Feeling, Weakness, Twitching. Treatment?

Hi, I ve been having a horrible headache for the past four days with a stiff/pain in neck and a fever . I woke up this morning with the same headache only the fever is gone but my whole body feels super tight and shacky and I feel super weak and tired and I m twitching should I go see a doctor or wait it out? And what should I do for the headache over the counter pain relivers don t work

It seems from the history that you are having headache,stiff neck with fever and weakness.
Since fever is associated with stiff neck intracranial infections needs to be ruled out. This requires treatment by antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs.
Since stiffness of neck is present, this requires evaluation by a physician to rule out intracranial infections.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
