Headaches, Fever, Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Nausea, Dizziness, Cramps. Are They Hormonal Changes?

Hi, I've been getting fevers everyday since I started my period. The first two days, well actually a week before it started I was cramping a lot, feeling nauseas and dizzy. Once it finally came down, I was cramping unusually bad. (abdominal pain, back pain and headache).. As the days went on, the symptoms would change up. For the past two days, the cramping ceased. However, I would get tightness in my head, stomach pain and fevers. I know this sounds all over the place, but I hope you can somehow put this together and let me know what this could be. I felt to wait one more day or until my period was over to see if these symptoms continue because I thought it was just hormonal changes, it will pass. But if it continues after my period is done, then I think I would need to visit my doctor.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
Most probably they are hormonal changes associated with menstrual periods. The symtoms of dizziness, light headedness, fever, back ache and cramps are all associated with hormonal changes.
Do wait until your periods are over and mostly the symptoms will settle down by then.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
