Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
Typically, migraine presents with one sided headache associated with nausea and vomiting. The headache is episodic (not continuous) and throbbing in nature. Since you have ringing in the ears, it is advisable to get a neurologist or ENT specialist consultation. Simple stress induced tension headaches can also be the cause of chronic nagging headache. Try to look for factors which increase or decrease your headache. The information could be useful in making a diagnosis.
