Headache, Weakness In Right Leg. Abnormal Levels Of Vitmain B12, Taking Adderall, Atenonol. Cause Of Symptoms?

I am a 42 year old male, the only two meds I take are Adderall for ADD and atenonol for irregular heart beat. I have been experiencing headaches for the past few months and some weakness and tingling in my right leg, There was a MRA/MRI of the head and neck performed a few days ago and I am awaiting results.

About 3 months ago I had a B-12 serum test which showed a level of 1200 and I take no supplements. A follow-up was performed about 45 days ago and it had increased to 1350. The most recent B-12 serum on Friday now shows 1550. Can the abnormally high/increasing B-12 levels be a cause of the headache and leg issues?

Low vitamin B12 level can cause such symptoms, abnormally high b12 level unlikely to cause such symptoms

Headache and weakness can occur because of heart problem like irregular heart beat and blood pressure related issues. Consult a cardiologist

Tingling can be better evaluated by doing a nerve conduction study. if abnormal consult a neurologist

Hope this helps
