Headache, Vomiting And Dizziness After Getting Hit On Temple. Should I Meet Doctor?

Daughter was hit on her temple (side of head) by another who accidentally ran into her and hit her with his shoulder yesterday at noon said she sat on the floor and felt dizzy for a couple minutes then managed to get up and continue on her day at school. Then today said she woke up with a headache and threw up twice said her head hurts.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that she had a blow type hit on the temple, so she must have the concussion type of head injury.
I advise you to consult a neurosurgeon for diagnosis and treatment. She may need to have C.T.scan for confirmation.
Other possibility is the injury to the internal ear, which might be causing the vertigo, and vomiting.
