Headache, Shock Waves In The Head. Dizziness. Fluctuating Blood Pressure. Anything To Concern?

Woke up this morning and as I move around feels like shock waves in my head. Also a little dizziness and just feeling out of place. It's just like "whoomp, whoomp, whoomp", really strange... don't like it. My PCP just took me off all blood pressure meds as health improved, lost weight and stopped drinking. Blood pressure went down so trying without medication but that was a month ago and I've felt fine. Have slight headache as well. Just feel out of sorts with shock waves on occasion. ???

Hi,

You feel dizzy with shock like sensation in head. It can be either due to high BP,or low BP.Please consult your physician for Blood pressure check and based on it treatment should be planned. You also require neurological examination too

Short course of betahistine will help to alleviate symptoms of dizziness

If blood pressure is in normal range then imaging brain to be done to rule out structural lesion

Regards
