Headache, Nausea, Sore Throat, Feels Like Clogged. Is This An Infection Or A Sore Throat?
I think i have a throat infection but im not sure if its a throat infection or just a sore throat , it feels like its clogged and my talking is very quit. I dont wanna go to a doctor in person if i dont need to, i tryed lemon and honey but it doesnt work, i also have a headache and before i felt nauches. Is this an infection or a sore throat? If you are having fever , it is an infection otherwise it may just ba sore throat.
You can start gargling with warm salt water 4-5 times a day and avoid hot and spicy food and even then if it does not resolve , meet your ent doctor .
