Headache, Nausea And Sleepiness After Being Hit On The Head. Have A Concussion?
I fell a couple hours ago at school off my desk, hit my head on the metal bar of the desk next to me. After it happened I felt like I had a bloody nose but I didn t. I also felt like my ears were bleeding out. I ve had a very minor headache since. I have no bump, but I am very sleepy and I feel like I m about to throw up. Could I have a concussion?

Hi, a minor headache,
You had a head injury 2 hrs ago, after which you developed mild headache,you felt like you are bleeding thro' the nose & ear.Now you feel sleepy & you feel as though you are about to thrown up.
Even though there was No loss of consciousness immediately after injury & No obvious bleeding thro' ear and nose. all your complaints goes in favor concussion of Brain.
I advise you to have Neurologist's opinion immediately & CT Scan to decide further management.
