Headache, Leg Ache, Loose Stool. Flu? What Are Treatment Options?
I have headache for last few days, aches in legs and arms today, loose stools , tired. Aching back. I guess this flu symptoms . What is the best thing to do. I have just woken from a 30 min sleep. It s 3.45 in the afternoon. I am 53 and normally in good health. I assume that this initial consultation is free. Ok thought it would be free. It is in the uk. Sorry to trouble you.

Your symptoms are could be due to viral infection. you can take symptomatic treatment for it.
Take paracetamol 500mg for pain relief, steam inhalation.
Take ORS to maintain your hydration and nutritious diet.
