ENT Specialist 's  Response
YOu must get done a ENT consultation You need to get done few tests like the hearing test pure tone audiometry and other balance tests . your ent specialist can guide you for the tests after examining you.
You can take Betahistine and then go for the hospital to get examined. The balance is controlled by the ears .
This could be because of cold ie nasal infections, you can go steam inhalations at home , take a coffee. and you may require antibiotic , decongestants.
In doubt do reply.
