Welcome to health care magic!
I have gone through your question and it says that you have fever,
headaches,
sore throat and
dizziness.
First. I would like to tell you that please don't worry, it is a common infection of upper
respiratory tract and will get cleared with medicines. The headache as you mentioned, do increased with rise in temperature in such cases.
I don't know if you are on any medicines for the same or not but as it has been four days now and you feel weak and dizzy, I would advice
you to visit a doctor. Had I been at your place I would do garages with warm water with salt in it, four times a day to help my sore throat, take
paracetamol 500mg three times a day, and an antibiotics to cut infection. For headaches, I feel you may take
diclofenac sodium 50 mg.
Avoiding spicy food for some times will give additional rest to body.
Please drink adequate water during day time as you are having dizziness.
It will be helpful to get yourself investigated with blood counts, sugar levels and
liver function test.
blood pressure reading will help checking if you have high/ low blood pressure, as both can cause dizziness.
Hope the answer helps you in getting well soon!
