Headache After Surgery For Broken Nose. Normal?

it has been 6 weeks since I broken my nose on both sides, the tip, and the bridge. I also fractared both of my sinuses . I had surgery right away and now Im healing without the cast on my nose. But now, Im getting severe headaches out of the blue. Are headaches normal to nose trama ? And how bad the headches have to be before needing to go back to my doctor?
