Headache After An Head Injury

my husband hit his head on monday about 6pm. He has had a persistant headache since then like a dull ache which painkillers have not shifted and been a bit more sleepy than usual although he has had no other symptoms. Should we be worried?

Sub dural hemorrhage presents this way, watch for his sensorium carefully. Any headache post trauma which doesnt go down on analgesic is a cause for concern. I strngly suggest CT scan immediately
