Dear Suresh,

You have to follow the certain things like:-

1. Avoid oily and spicy food items.
2. Start your day with a banana after getting fresh.
3. Try not to skip your meals even if it is happening due to lifestyle then keep something handy like walnuts, fruits and some roasted snacks.
4. Avoid consumption of Tea , coffee and alcoholic beverages.
5. Don't eat anything before two hours to sleep.
6. Have one glass lukewarm water after taking your meals.
7.The problem might be related with migraine so you should consult to a physician as well.
