Head Swollen, Killing Pain After Been Punched On Head. How To Treat It?

Hi, I got punched in the head from a guy who has about 100 pounds on me (Me weighing 130). Got hit right in front of my left ear and it goes up to above my ear. When I got hit kind of saw white stars real quick and was thrown off cause I wasn't expecting it but I didn't lose conscious or feel sick, or even light headed. I actually was fine and was able to run and be active. Today though it kicked in and my head is swollen and killing me in pain. I have no insurance or any way I can really afford to go to the ER. So I don't know what to do

Hi
The swollen part you can apply ice.You can take analgesics like aceclofenac 100mg + seratiopeptidase 10mg once daily for 5 days. But if you have any symptoms of severe headache or nausea vomiting you should better rule out a brain injury by a CT scan.Hope this may help you.
thanks
