hello thirueid,I suppose what you are having can be called as transient syncopal attacks, the causes in young fit individual like you could be if your are a diabetic early morning hypoglycemia due to overnight hypo gycemic agent, or hypertension, and you also have to be investigated for cerebro vascular problems, besides you also have to be investigated for neurological problems by EEG etc.,sleep disorders, cervical spondylosis which also causes such symptoms but it is unlikely in your age.,Thank you.
