Head Injury, Sore Neck, Headache. Advise?

I hit my head on the concrete hard last night while I was partying wit my friends. I didn't lose conscious n quickly got up. It might've been adrenaline. I was fine the whole night. I woke up today a little soar, neck is soar n a tiny headache. I also have a little hangover from drinking. Mixing the 2 at once is tough. Should I be worried? My visions ok, I'm walking normal I'm alert just soar because it just happened last night. I figured my head will hurt for a day or 2 and go away after. What can I do or take? Thank you much!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Head trauma requires further investigations such as imaging if any of the following are present: (1) headache (2) vomiting (3) age over 60 (4)drug or alcohol intoxification (5) memory loss (6) seizure (7) visible trauma above the clavicle

If you are experiencing any of these then you should consider visiting your doctor for an evaluation.

If you are not then you can consider the use of a pain killer for a few days.

I hope this helps
